These terms govern your use of the kazeni marketing site at kazeni.eu. By using the site or joining the waitlist, you accept them. The product itself is in private beta and is governed by a separate beta agreement provided when access is granted.
Acceptable use
- No automated scraping or bulk downloads of the site.
- No attempts to probe, scan or compromise hosting infrastructure.
- No impersonation or submission of other people's contact details to the waitlist.
- No use of the site that violates applicable law or third-party rights.
Intellectual property
The site, its design, the kazeni name and the « 風 » mark are protected by intellectual property law. Use beyond what is strictly necessary to view the site requires our prior written consent.
Personal data
How we handle personal data is described in our Privacy policy, which you should read together with these terms.
No warranty
The site is provided "as is" and "as available". Content describes product intent and may change as the product is built. Nothing on this site is a binding commitment to ship any specific feature on any specific date. This clause does not exclude any non-waivable consumer-protection rights you may have under EU or French law.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the publisher is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this site, including loss of profit, loss of data not caused by us, or business interruption. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, death or personal injury, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The "last updated" date above reflects the latest version. Continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Applicable law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute arising from the use of the site shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent French courts, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules of the user's country of residence.
Consumers within the EU may also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. Before any judicial action, we encourage you to contact us at contact@kazeni.eu so we can try to resolve the matter amicably.
