Pricing questions
Can I switch between monthly and annual at any time?
Yes. Switching to annual gives you the discount on the next renewal; switching back to monthly takes effect at the end of the current annual period.
What happens if I exceed my monthly event quota?
Pro is a soft cap: you keep flowing and we bill the overage at the end of the cycle. Free is a hard cap — pipelines pause until the next month or until you upgrade.
Do you charge per source database or per destination?
No. Your subscription covers as many source databases and destinations as you want — connect a PostgreSQL, a MySQL, and a SQL Server in the same plan, fan out to ClickHouse and BigQuery in parallel, and we don't multiply your bill. The only volume-based dial is monthly events, which is the per-tier cap shown above.
